  1. Exhibitors need to dispose of waste materials in accordance with local and state laws. You must remove used oils and wastes that are not appropriate for trash we supply.
  2. Exhibitors will be charged $350 from the credit card on file if they do not show or cancel after 15-days from the registration date.
  3. This is a sampling event, so no food will be sold.
  4. Food, wine and spirits that will be sampled are donated to San Diego Coalition - a 501(C)3 nonprofit.
  5. Exhibitors break down after 4 pm by hand-truck or carryout only. Some carts will be available to assist with load-out after 4 pm, when the area is cleaned of attendees.
  6. Set-up at 7:30 am.
  7. Food exhibitor has read the county "Food Safety Guidelines," if not please email a copy to me.
  8. Food will be kept at the proper temperature to comply with the County Health rules, in warmers and served from chafers.
  9. All food ingredients will purchased in this county and will be prepared at the exhibitor’s restaurant or onsite at the Latin Food Fest.
  10. All Registrations are final and no refunds can be provided including cancellations.
  11. By choosing "Auto Renew" I accept being automatically renewed in Q4 of 2019 using the card on file.
