Join us as a participant and exhibit in California’s premier food, wine, beer, spirits festival, the 7th annual ¡Latin Food Fest!, which includes our kick-off extravaganza “Latin Spirits Festival” on day one followed by “Gran Tasting” on day two.

¡Latin Food Fest!’s 2019 showcase of spirits, wine, beer, food and beverages takes place at the spectacular Embarcadero Marina Park North, San Diego Bay, August 16-17.

Exhibit to showcase your brand, product or service in one of our individual tents or yours.

  1. Exhibitors need to dispose of waste materials in accordance with local and state laws. You must remove used oils and wastes that are not appropriate for trash we supply.
  2. Exhibitors will be charged $350 from the credit card on file if they do not show or cancel after 30-days from the registration date.
  3. Auction donations (valued at $250 or more), which benefits San Diego Coalition – a 501(C)3 nonprofit, must be received within 30-days from your registration date to qualify for the discounted registration fee. Auctions items not receive by this date will result in an additional $250 fee debited from the credit card on file, which must be paid prior to exhibiting.
  4. Food, wine and spirits that will be sampled are donated to San Diego Coalition - a 501(C)3 nonprofit.
  5. Exhibitors break down after 3 pm by hand-truck or carryout only. Some carts will be available to assist with load-out after 4 pm, when the area is cleaned of attendees.
  6. Set-up at 7:30 am.
  7. Food exhibitors will receive no monetary benefit, other than that resulting from recognition for participating in the event.
  8. Food exhibitor has read the county "Food Safety Guidelines," if not please email a copy to me.
  9. Food will be kept at the proper temperature to comply with the County Health rules, in warmers and served from chafers.
  10. All food ingredients will purchased in this county and will be prepared at the exhibitor’s restaurant or onsite at the Latin Food Fest.
  11. All Registrations are final and no refunds can be provided including cancellations.
