By checking the box I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement

  1. Exhibitors cannot break down before the event ends.
  2. Food exhibitor has read the county "Food Safety Guidelines," if not please email a copy to me.
  3. Food will be kept at the proper temperature to comply with the County Health rules.
  4. Exhibitors must remove oils and wastes from the event venue and dispose in accordance with local and state laws.
  5. Alcohol that will be sampled is donated to Porchlight - a 501(C)3 nonprofit.
  6. All Registrations are final and no refunds can be provided including cancellations.
  7. Exhibitors will be charged $350 from the credit card on file if they do not show or cancel after 15-days from their registration date.
  8. Exhibitors who register for 2020 and choose to auto new for participation in 2021 will be charged using the credit card used for the initial registration.
  9. By choosing "Auto Renew" I accept also being automatically renewed next year for the 2021 festival using my credit card in file.
  10. This agreement releases Latin Food Fest, its entities and, its agents from all liability relating to injuries that may occur at their events.
  11. I agree to hold Latin Food Fest, its agents and its successors entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
  12. I also acknowledge the risks involved in participating in the events. These include but are not limited to cooking hazards and financial loss.
  13. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
  14. I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Latin Food Fest, its entities, and its agents for any reason.
  15. I understand there are absolutely no financial reimbursements of any kind for financial losses I may incur.
  16. I hereby waive my rights to bring a suit to Latin Food Fest, it entities, and its agents for any and all situations directly or indirectly related to its events.
  17. I have read the all of terms and conditions of this agreement above and agree to them all.
  18. If the event is cancelled due to force majeure event the exhibitor will not be entitled to a refund. A force majeure event” shall mean an act of God, terrorism, earthquake, wildfire, pandemic, flood, tsunami, strike or other labor condition or dispute, an order or injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of Event attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event, and any such occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Latin Food Fest.
